Week 7 Recap

🔱 Master Division

With Playoffs on the horizon, the Master Division wrestled for seed position. The Koffing were able to hold onto their #1 spot thanks in part to a forfeit, while the Bulbasaur were able to secure the #3 spot after a strong showing and the Air faltering against the Tinks. With the regular season done, we look towards locked in teams battling it out in another legendary playoff bracket!

🎓 Beginner Division

We have seen a lot of great things this season in the Beginner Division. Several teams have shown great growth, a ton of matches went down to the wire, and we can only expect a few deep playoff runs by some sleeper Beginner Division teams. Unfortunately, this week we didn’t get to see a lot of those great matches. The Porygon lost a chance for a promotional match due to not playing their last match of the regular season, allowing the Slowbros and Cloysters to fill the two promotional spots. Will the Cloysters be able to make another deep run this season or will the Slowbros prove to be the better challenger? We will find out in the next couple of weeks and we wouldn’t be surprised if another team takes the leap forward!
